Join our small but mighty event crew and help bring the UK Truffle Festival to life. Volunteer a few hours of your time and enjoy a fun, rewarding, truffle-filled day in the countryside.
Why Get Involved?
Volunteering at the UK Truffle Festival is more than just lending a hand — it’s about being part of something special. You’ll be surrounded by nature, food, community, and dogs (yes, dogs!). Whether you’re passionate about events, curious about truffles, or just love helping people, we’d love to have you on the team.
What You Might Help With
Volunteer roles & tasks may include:
Greeting guests and checking tickets at entry
Helping with parking and site signage
Supporting speakers, chefs, and workshop leaders
Assisting in the truffle dog demo area
Selling and/or serving food and truffles
Keeping the site tidy and friendly throughout the day
- Helping with setup / clearing up
No experience necessary — just bring a great attitude!
Who We're Looking For
We’re Looking for Volunteers Who…
Are friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic
Enjoy working with the public and in small teams
Don’t mind being outdoors and on their feet
Can commit to at least 3–6 hours on the day (or setup day before)
Are 18+ years old
Love food, nature, or dogs (or ideally all three!)
